Dear Mountain Interactive Staff & Administration Team,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out to respectfully appeal the ban placed on my account.

What happened:
Around 8:15–8:50 PM, I was at Perris Ordnance just casually walking around after going AFK for a few minutes. I wasn’t engaged in anything serious—just vibing and talking with someone nearby, who I thought might’ve been a fellow FBI or USMS unit.

After a few minutes, I got in my car, drove to the end of the area, and parked near an RPD vehicle. Suddenly, the person I had just been near started firing sniper rounds out of nowhere. Caught off guard, playlist open, distracted, and not fully focused, I reacted too fast.

I turned, saw the first person holding a gun, assumed it was the shooter, and fired. Unfortunately, I got it wrong. As I climbed the ladder, I realized it was actually two RPD officers. As soon as I realized what had happened, I said over the radio that it was a total accident. I wasn’t trying to be funny or teamkill; I was genuinely confused and distracted while reacting to what I thought was an active shooter.

I completely understand that what I did was wrong and that I should have stayed calm, confirmed my target, and been more aware of my surroundings before reacting. I sincerely apologize to the officers involved and to the staff team for the situation I caused...

After thinking about it, I recognize that my lack of focus and quick reaction caused unnecessary chaos. I’ve learned that even in stressful or confusing in-game moments, it’s better to pause, assess, and act responsibly rather than react instantly. This experience made me realize how important it is to play with awareness and discipline—especially in a community that values realism and teamwork.

I really just want another chance... if I’m given another chance, I’ll make sure to play more carefully, stay focused, and follow all rules and protocols properly. I really enjoy being part of this community and would like the opportunity to prove that I can play responsibly and contribute positively moving forward.

Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal and consider lifting the ban.

Sincerely,
ducksszzs
