What Happened?
I was on civ and decided i wanted to run reds and whatever so i run from the cop and the chase goes into the trailer parks area and i get out and shoot the cop then steal his insert car so then out of the blew a PT trimer goes out and then i go to the parking lot of in n out and i sit there waiting for PT when the officer goes up to me starting the chase again while PT i didnt even want to chase but i did because i didnt want to be arrested so then i crash his car and then spawn my own insert which i understand is FRP and is against that rule so i shoot him again and he comes back again and i die which then he calls a mod and i get banned.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I understand this is my fault and i was stupid for running away during PT when i couldve just stopped i want to get a new fresh start at React Studios and try out RS new project.
