Detailed Description of Events* : After observing the offender doing an improper lane change and causing a crash, I stopped, demanded the perp to step out the vehicle, ID themselves. They refused in scene, he asked for supervisor, I called for it.
When supervisor came and asked for ID he refused once more, then changed his mind, cursed in romanian telling me to grab the ID. Talked with the Supervisor, he kept refusing ID, he got arrested. HE told me he had a video of the crash wich I thought I did too but the app bunked and didn't save some clips. This was the incident resumed, the main report is for toxicity and VTOS : ''fym'' ''shi''. HE also kept threatening me with banning and being a nuisance.
the rest of the videos are posted in case he follows with a report claiming I abused power/tools/lied etc.
