Unable to chat and randomly jailed

I was unable to chat but I didnt realize until I was pulled over for no reason, this cop was trailing me but I was following all road laws. Headlights off since it was day, didnt run a red light, no reckless driving of any sorts. but still pulled over.

please ban these cops (Users: Felixyeah1234, and auru2838273747372774)
