How do I connect my discord to the website

I can't link my discord to the website, it always says "You have to verify your account to carry out this action" can someone help me. (The picture is german)

Well, no since I need to add my discord to this website and I cant do that if I am not verified

I can only verify through connecting my discord but I cant connect my discord if I am not verified
