I want to join Mountain Interactive Staff team because I want to keep peace for everyone, make them have fun and enjoy their rp.I want to join the Mountain Interactive staff team because I am passionate about contributing to a positive, dynamic community and bringing my skills to enhance the experience for all members.

By joining the staff, I aim to help maintain a respectful, enjoyable environment while solving challenges effectively and fairly. I am especially excited about contributing fresh ideas, ensuring smooth interactions among users, and supporting new initiatives. Ultimately, I see this opportunity as a way to grow both personally and professionally while giving back to a community I genuinely value.

  2. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?
I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, making me an effective and approachable team member. I am patient, reliable, and committed to maintaining a positive environment. My ability to handle challenges calmly and my dedication to helping others would make me a valuable asset to the staff team.

  3. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:
I have been Admins in lots of ERLC server, for example:New York city role play,California role play, Vermont city role play and much more. My role was Head Admin or Admin.

  4. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?

First I would ask the story from both of them, then ask if they got a clip or witnesses, after that I would review the clip and moderate the member who was at fault.

  5. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
While I was Rping as a RCSO there was a barricaded suspect, I was there with 2 other officers and we couldn’t choose how to raid the house, I told them to listen to my orders and stay behind me and my shield, they listened to me and proceeded to listen to my further orders, and we successfully raided the home and killed the dangerous suspect.

  6. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
I go by the most important to the least important, for example first place an exploiter at last place I put a cuff rush.

  7. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
I think it’s respect, education, leadership and formalism. These things are needed to give the example to our community members to keep and maintain a positive attitude towards each other.

  8. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
I would give them a big welcome, explain the game, teams and how everything works, explain to them how to make money, exc. after that I would tell them the rules to make sure they don’t break them and tell them to call me for any questions or problems.

  9. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?

My long-term goals focus on personal and professional growth, particularly in leadership, teamwork, and communication. I aspire to build skills that foster collaboration and create positive environments, whether in professional settings or community spaces. Being part of Mountain Interactive aligns perfectly with these goals, as it offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, solve challenges, and contribute to a thriving community. By helping maintain a welcoming and engaging platform, I can enhance my abilities while giving back to a space I value. This experience will shape my development and prepare me for future roles requiring teamwork and dedication.

  10. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?
I suggest to build a big mall near BOA , in the free space, it would be possible to rp as a mall shooting , which SRU could respond, a shopping rp and as a worker in the mall. This mall would be part of many roleplays I think because there is much of possibilities of rp there as I explained before.

Your responses sound reflective, but a bit confusing and wordy. Try to not repeat the same points over again, and try to convey your skills and contributions a bit more directly. overall the app could use a little work but its decent.

-1 Lack of effort. It seems like It wasn’t really thought of, and It seems rushed in a way. Maybe take time to think of your answers and bring something else to the table. Try saying things others might forget to mention.
