Prior to the incident, I had lawfully arrested a man at Sped Autos for resisting arrest and for a warrant he had. He had requested SBI a few times, and I declined, as I was there to see the incident that caused him to be arrested, and he held a warrant. If I was unsure of the warrant or I wasn't at the scene for the whole incident, I would have called SBI because it would have been an unsure situation. After booking my suspect and leaving the jail, I was called back by an SBI Agent. I arrived back to MCJ shortly after this request to find him and my previously booked suspect in the booking room. The SBI Agent told me that I was required to call SBI, and there was a rule in place regarding that (1:16 in the medal clip). The rule that the moderator stated does not actually exist, and was completely made up to help justify his actions. The staff member also became unprofessional throughout the incident, stating that I had a big ego (4:32 in the medal clip). The SBI Agent stated that my charges were failure to uphold duties and "not being compliant with SBI officers", which isn't even a charge. He later again stated my charges which included "filing a false report without getting SBI first" (not a charge), failure to comply with lawful orders (not applicable). The administrator is guilty of giving false charges/completely making charges up, and abusing his power in order to make an unlawful arrest. With him being an administrator, I believe he should also be punished for making up fake rules, such as the one he made up about having to call SBI on request.
