What Happened?
At the time, my friend had been locked in a car by the police for what appeared to be no valid reason. In the moment, I reacted poorly. I decided to kill the officers in an attempt to free him. Looking back, I realize that was completely the wrong way to handle the situation. Instead of escalating things, I should have contacted staff or used proper channels to report what I believed was unfair behavior. My actions caused unnecessary disruption and went against the rules of the server, and I take full responsibility for that.

My ban reason was listed as MRDM, and I fully understand why that decision was made. I’ve had over two months to reflect on what happened since my last appeal on July 29th, where I was told to re-appeal after three days. Unfortunately, I forgot to follow up at that time and have not played Perris California since then.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I’m writing this appeal because I truly believe I deserve a second chance. My actions were wrong, and I take full responsibility for them. At the time, I was trying to help a friend who was about to be arrested. He was carrying multiple weapons, including a Barrett .50 cal, which he did not want to lose. In the process of trying to protect him, I made serious mistakes and ended up harming people who weren’t involved. I deeply regret that and want to sincerely apologize for the unintended consequences of my actions.

I also want to clarify that I understood the rule to mean that three RDM offenses would result in a 24-hour ban, and this was my third offense. That said, I completely understand if the situation warranted more serious action. I take full responsibility and recognize that my behavior was unacceptable regardless of the circumstances.

I’ve had time to reflect on what happened and on how my actions affected others in the community. I can assure you that if given another opportunity, I will follow all rules carefully and act responsibly. I value this community and would like the chance to prove that I can be a positive and respectful player.
