Incident Description*:

When I joined the game, I was informed that I had several citations via notification in the bottom left. I went to a Smartstorm to read the logs, only to see that one officer had given me a large number of tickets several times within a few moments, all with bogus reasons, such as "e" or just "jaywalking." All of these took place over seemingly just a few seconds, and I don't think I was even present for any of them. Clearly trying to XP farm.
