What happened?
First of all, I don't know what happened. I didn't break any rules and stuff that available on the server. Last I've played this game is like 2 days ago, and yeah nothing happened. but it says here i got PERMANENT BAN because I break a V-TOS. I feel I didn't break anything.


Ban reason:

PERMANENT BAN | V-TOS

Why should you be unbanned?

I didn't really know what V-TOS I break. I have some case about my discord account with condo stuff; I already applied for that case like 2 years or 1 years ago and you guys already respond and give a link to appeal and yeah.... i didn't really understand how to appeal it and my discord account still got banned on the Mountain Interactive server. If that case has some connection to this case. Please give me another chance I swear I'm different now.
