Give us an Incident Description: So, this guy was detained. Then for him to give us his ID so we can run it to check his firearms license, we had to uncuff him. So, we uncuffed him for that. Once that occurred, he pulled out a gun and tried shooting us. Then someone placed him in cuffs again. however, he got glitched where he could still shoot in cuffs. So, he RDMed everyone.
