What Happened?
I tried to get on a new game (proyect ventura) and i realized that i was banned with a permanent ban and i followed the instructions to appeal my ban and i'm here, i played mountain interactive games for a while but i don't remember why i got ban.

I would like to get an appeal or at least the reason why I was banned, sorry for the inconvenience.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
Honestly, i don't remember when or why i got banned, so, If the staff would take the time to resolve this I would be grateful.

list all your alt accounts YOU or SOMEONE ELSE owns inside your household or anywhere, if you can't provide them including the alt account that is banned or used the appeal can be closed. Thank you

But i don't manage any alt accounts and i'm the only person with access to my account so.. i don't know what to say, there's any other thing that i could do?

I'm sorry that i can't provide that information, also i'm the only person of my house that plays roblox, please tell my any other option. I will be very interested on anything, really anything that i could do.
