What Happened?
The whole thing was just a big misunderstanding, and I had clips to support that, but I recently wiped all my medal clips, because I clip the past 5 minutes and it was taking like a TON of my storage. A player that was in a car tried to hit a driveby on me and my friend, and when we saw the same car a couple minutes later, I assumed it was the same person and shot at them. I shot him, and I was kind of unsure about it all because he wasn't acting hostile, but I genuinely believed it was the same person that tried to shoot me. It turned out to be the wrong guy, if you looked closely at both clips, you would see that the avatars were different. My friend was the one who described the car to me, but I caught a glimpse of it in the low visibility night time. I was looking at something else I didn't realize it, they were in a close area, in the same exact car and color, but now I understand that it counts as RDM. In the reason the moderator that denied my appeal last time, one of the things he said was, "Along with the clips you did not check if it was the same person resulting in you shooting someone for no reason, as it say's in the rules that is RDM. You may re-appeal in 30 days." I was on a ZTP as well, and I'm trying to be as transparent as possible here, and that's why I was permanently banned. It really was just an honest mistake, and completely unintentional. I had literally just recently been unbanned after attempting to appeal multiple times, I had no intent to break any rules. After looking at the video, I realized it was a mistake, and I really am sorry for it.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I believe I should be unbanned because I understand why this is considered RDM, but I think its pretty clear with context that it was unintentional. I've had nearly 2 months to reflect on this and think about it, and I made a mistake. I made a decision, which ended up being bad after being almost killed by the same car. I do take accountability for my actions and not verifying it was him, but It was a mistake, not random or malicious. I do understand that I was already on a ZTP, but I'm asking for some leniency because it was an honest mix up and not intentional. Even the staff member who banned me thought it wasn't fair, but he didn't have a choice but to ban me. I understand how important it is to follow rules, and I wouldn't have broken them on purpose, especially after finally being unbanned. I learned from this, and next time I will make sure to confirm that it is them before shooting them if I get into a situation like this again. It truly was just a honest mistake, and I understand it's possible this is denied, but all I'm asking for is a chance.
