On October 14th, 2025, around 1 PM EST, I was wrongfully detained at the Sped Auto's Dealership in Ventura by VBI Director Jaxon Wilkins (Roblox Username jacoby921). He claimed that I was “tool abusing and placing objects all over the roads,” which was completely false. In his arrest, he charged me with "incitement to public disturbance, misuse of emergency services, disorderly conduct, blocking a sidewalk or public path, and minor disorderly behavior in traffic." None of which I committed. The most obvious evidence disproving his claim is that my hotbar did not even contain any of the tools or items he accused me of spawning. Furthermore, after my arrest, the real offender was still actively abusing tools in the same area, as shown in the photo provided below, which was taken after I was released from jail. Despite this, Jacob refused to provide any evidence, his username, or the reasoning behind my arrest when I attempted to reason with him from his vehicle. He also refused to tell me how long my sentence would be, leaving me jailed for an unknown amount of time until the game auto-released me. During transport, he unnecessarily extended the detainment by walking me all the way from the dealership to the station before spawning a car, then driving me to jail. On the way there, he struck a on duty firefighter in front of their fire station with his vehicle, handcuffed them instead of checking for injuries, moved them off the road, and drove away without following any professional procedure. As a result of this false arrest and excessive detainment, I lost nearly $5,000 from my in-game wallet, received a false record, and was subjected to an unprofessional and unjust arrest that should never have occurred.
This clip is from a Founder VIP who got on as VBI and confronted him on my situation. He then admitted on video he arrested the wrong guy and that it was actually a FCPD Officer meaning it's impossible to have been me if I was on as FD during it.
