Game doesn't let me play

I will load into the game, the loading screen will show and I will begin loading textures. Once it reaches 100%, it closes and shows me this. I have waited, I have rejoined several times, all of which lead to this. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Or is it just a matter of me gambling my load-in when I join?
