I, ConflictedGerman, playing as Ventura Highway Patrol (VHP) Motor Officer Bruce Lee observed rund_pupil playing as a Prisoner named Alex Bowman engage in 3 back-to-back instances of Leaving To Avoid Arrest (LTAA) and rejoining the same server.

• In the first instance, rund_pupil assaulted a VHP Officer (A, 0:32) and ran away from the VHP Officer. I tased then began to grab rund_pupil (A, 0:52) who immediately LTAA'd for 144. Simple Assault.

• In the second instance, rund_pupil is seen (B, 0:05) being tased by a VHP officer, grabbed, cuffed and once again LTAA.

• In the final instance, rund_pupil is seen (C, 0:24) assaulting another inmate named James Kingsman (LomzyyDev) to the point of leaving the other inmate brutally beaten to the point of losing consciousness (requiring EMS to be called later on) and at which point I intervene by tasing rund_pupil and grabbing him. While holding onto rund_pupil, I begin to talk and rund_pupil LTAA for 208. Aggravated Assault.

*Personal Opinion: I do not believe rund_pupil has the intention to roleplay in this community; he has previously been moderated for RDM.
