The offender, OfficerJake493, was traffic stopped in Florence for excessive speeding, 60+ in a 40 mph zone. The offender was stopped in the Florence residential area. Upon being stopped, the defendant became very non compliant, and refused to follow any lawful orders given upon being stopped. Lawful orders continued to be given to the SBI agent, up until he cuffed me. Once I was cuffed a moderator was attempted to be called. No moderator was available, so the traffic stop was concluded in order to make this report.
