Incident Description*:

I had pulled over this persons truck as they were riding with an unsecured passenger in the bed. When I confronted them, the offender moved into the bed and proceeded to say a roleplay action of "rubs one out to the girl". This is an obvious and extremely inappropriate comment that violates TOS.
