Ban discord appeal whats next?

Ive tried to do a appeal for V-tos in their discord I got declined and I cant unfortunately join back.. atp whats next how do i get updates on the discord and ventura? will my ban ever be appealed? Will the one strike policy ever occur on discord bans ? I need answers because currently I seriously want to join back the discord in any way possible
