So this person was following me and hit me then I got launched into a cop then this FBi came up to me and cuff rushed me, also abusing the tool by arresting me for something I did not have any control over. Then took me to the station and arrested me for street racing (False imprisonment (tool abuse)) and felony speeding (did not do and it is tool abuse). Also I was going around 80 something when I crashed into him. From when the other guy hit me.
