I, ConflictedGerman, playing as Ventura Highway Patrol (VHP) Senior Officer Bruce Lee observed noobx892 playing as a VHP officer named Hunter Jenson engage in the acts of violating Rule 4 and 7. noobx892 used excessive use of lethal force to murder AcediaS_nS followed by continuously dead checking the visibly incapacitated AcediaS_nS with the justification that "he hit me". I nor my bodycam footage display that noobx892 was injured (bleeding).
