Incident Description*:

Was patrolling on Ventura Highway Patrol, i observed a person driving at high rates of speeds and i attempted to initiate a traffic stop

following that, the player decided to flee, (While on sheriffs team) then made a stop at strikepoint, following the stop i requested sbi to come apprehend him, while i was uploading a clip for them, the player decided to RDM me and attempt to rdm the other officers
