What Happened? that i was put in cuffs because the cop thinks i was running from him when i didn't see his light or siren when my cousin is half deaf in Real life and i told him and my cousin that was over my house said to the cop stop dih riding and hop off my dih and they dih riding is crazy and made a report on the cop
