Detailed description of events: My friend and I are driving around and stop to see what's happening in the situation at the intersection; we meet the yellow guy, he asks for money, and I say I have nothing to offer. Then the offender walks up the the car I'm situated in and opens the door. My friends immediately attempt to drive away, and we both get shot in the process.
