What Happened? My friend got locked in a car falsely for no reason by cops, and I killed them all so I can help free him because they wouldn't let him out for some reason.

Also, I appealed just over 2 months ago (July 29th) and was told to appeal again in 3 days, I completely forgot about that, and I didn't play Perris California for 2 months.
When I tried joining again yesterday, it said I was banned for using an alt account to bypass a ban. I haven't played for 2 months.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe I deserve a second chance because I was attempting to help my friend from being arrested. He had multiple weapons on him he didn't want to use, such as barrett 50 CAL. I also apologize for the murder, because I killed people who weren't involved accidentally as well. Also, I was told that if I RDM'ed 3 times id get a 24-hour ban. This was my third RDM offense. I apologize sincerely. I also am unsure about what happened for the second ban reason. I haven't played since forever, my brother likes to play this game every now and then.
