So to be clear, In my ban, I pulled out my gun to tell him to put his hands up and he will be detained for investigation, 1 deputy told that it was "Luis Kingston" which is the guy that reported me. He went inside, it was supposed to be a lure to get him to surrender because we were trying to bust some guy who had contriband inside his home.
Later I pulled my gun out in case to detain him for investigation and to interrogate him but i panicked since he put his gun out and didn't say anything, so I shot him for my protection because he pulled his gun out. Instict just came and I am truly sorry but I had to shoot him because I thought he was gonna shoot us.

If this is lacking, maybe decrease my ban time? Because I have done nothing wrong there but a panicked man. Me and the deputies got a list, 1st was Luis Kingston which is him, then 2nd a civilian 3rd, a sp worker. We decided to go with Luis Kingston first and then that happened.

Please, do everything u can to unban me. I love Ventura and 3 days without it is gonna be the most boring day in my life. Especially when it just came back
