I have records from my first day playing Ventura that I cannot recall. Two of them being an arrest for "Filing a False Report" and another for "Threats against Public Officials" being issued on September 24th @ 05:09 where the issuing LEO 'Ryan Jager' states, "Threatened me then made a false police report." Which is alarming to me since it means the LEO is stating I threatened him but doesn't state how I did that. Ryan Jager then goes on to say that I, "then made a false police report" which means for me to have threatened a LEO and then for I to have made a false report must've meant that the LEO used discretion to not arrest me and let me go which followed me making a false police report and that's when the LEO decided me to charge for both crimes? This could've well happened in any other RP scenario but what catches me off is that at the same time this arrest went through, Antony Diaz arrested me also at 05:09 for "Simple Assault" and provides no proper narrative whatsoever.

I don't know how much sense this will make but that fact I can't remember both those arrests, the common occurrence of XP farming by LEOs, and both being from different people with one having no narrative makes me hope this leads to something or at the very least results in these bogus arrest records being deleted if possible.
