Incident Description*:

(He was a Deputy)

The situation is that he shot a VHP, who was not rogue and hes gotten shot afterwards by another VHP, who saw him going rogue. I also have 2 VHP officers as witnesses, as they were the ones involved.

I do not have a clip of him committing RDM against the VHP trooper but I clipped him confessing to it. He basically said that he went rogue out of RP reasons, which was of course not approved and FRP.
