Incident Description:

I was driving around the Milano Area when I got stopped by a VHP Trooper. I quickly Indicated an pulled to the side of the road. I allowed the stop to Progress as i believed he had stopped me for no legitimate purpose.

I began to speak with the officer attempting to find out the reason for the traffic stop. The VHP Trooper claimed I was exceeding the speed limit which I clearly wasn't. I claimed to have dashcam footage of my driving to prove my innocence and he proceeded to say quote. “Sir I'm sorry for doing this“. He then proceed to deploy his taser and Pepper spray W/O any legitimate reason. I attempted to present my SBI badge However he pulled out his firearm and discharged it killing me.
