Ingame shooting question

If a random person armed with a rifle or pistol comes up to me and follows me around, and it looks like they will pull out a firearm and shoot. Would I wait for the player to make a move or pull out my gun and start shooting

Wait for the player to make Move and try to get cover to avoid the shots and then fire back. But yeah if you do it straight up without interaction You will get Moderated for RDM so either wait for move or get moderated by staff.
