there isn’t a incident I just joined today and it says I’ve been banned because I created an alternate account

I play on Xbox and cannot make alternate accounts whilst on my Xbox account.

Neither of those are banned. Give a list of every account, including ones that are in the same household but you don't own, or the appeal will be denied.
