I've played this game for a while now and i noticed the amount of people wanting to just generally pull their guns out, not just civs but Law enforcement is having the urge. Im feeling like its on the XP System wich is now reduced heavily making just playing the game from 8 to 4, driving 5 to 3 and citations 15 to 8 wich is pretty bad for the free to play players. This ofcourse gives the donators a big advantage and might make the game boring not to rank up, what r ur toughts?
