A civilian was involved in a crash, he was unconscious and required medical aid, LEO responded and able to get him to a stable yet still not full situation. AMR was called and they responded quickly. Once they responded they went over to the subject and started to provide aid. This is when the Moderator arrived on scene and cuffed the AMR, once asked why he said something along the lines of "i don't want you here" shortly after myself, the AMR and a sheriff started seeing why and to let him go. The officer was told multiple times that he was AMR and clearly saw by the uniform (although he had a batman mask) I cuffed the officer (the Moderator) to prevent it escalating to the AMR being arrested or getting out of control. Seconds after I was jailed and I think warned with TA (He said I would be)
I personally feel like a medical service shouldn't be prevent to do their job because someone doesn't want them on scene?? Its literally their job yet they are being pulled away and cuffed due to it. Apparently it was because the AMR couldn't help with the situation although its his job, if he can do anything or not. I've never dealt with a staff member prior to this and overall just seems poor quality of staff.
I think this would fit under FRP and TA. He shouldn't be cuffing someone based on the fact there's nothing to do, seems completely outrageous to me.
