Cooking using the “Chem-Table” actually works now (have fun C.R.A.S.H)

AFD is now free access for players with over 3 hours playtime /OR gold+ members without a time requirement

Locked the Correction Team as the following has been made at all

Fixed collision settings on the traffic control boxes

🛠 Changes / Additions

Rewrote the entire checking process of the Team Changer, yes it actually says why you get denied for nearly everything now.
