Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
(Minimum 150 words) I would love to join the staff team at Mountain Interactive because of this huge urge to be in such creative and innovative environments where the ability for creativity and collaboration is rife. I seek to apply my talents and passions in support of team goals because of Mountain Interactive's commitment to excellence, coupled with progressive thought. I want to help build an even stronger community through valuable interaction that will move valuable projects forward in line with the view of the company.
Such an energetic team will allow me a great personal and professional development in addition to sharing my view and ideas. I am sure that my adaptability, the problem-solving ability, and drive toward reaching success will surely make it possible for me to bring my contribution to the Mountain Interactive staff. This opportunity of joining could be quite exciting, since to work with talented people equally committed with innovative spirit and excellence would mean a great opportunity.

The main principle a staff member from Mountain Interactive must embrace is integrity. It is integrity that holds honesty, accountability, and justice as core values, which are basic elements of trust within the community and a certain code of conduct.

As staff, you are a role model to players and to other members of the staff. Acting with integrity ensures that your behavior reflects the values of Mountain Interactive in disciplinary action, conflict resolution, or in supporting the users. It also fosters respect and openness, adding up to all ways of keeping a community active, inclusive, and fun.

This helps overcome many difficulties because the staff can work through any obstacle in a way that preserves the confidence of the community and coworkers alike.
