Location of incident: Perris, California, Singapore server.

Detailed description of events:
I was in my car on the sidewalk in-game while I was busy on my phone in real life. I notice some voice chat, so I look up at my screen and adjust my mouse; my cursor moves.
Then the cop (NlNJA34) pulls out his firearm and shoots me in the head for no apparent reason. And immediately after, I see the death screen (0:21 on video), and the offender starts laughing and says, "Scheiße."

There was a witness, but I believe it was the offender's friend, and I do not have their username.
