Staff Member Who Banned You (optional)
Not sure, but it was an admin in Perris, California

What Happened?
I was roleplaying as a criminal in Perris. I was riding with another player in a Corvette and had already been committing crimes during the session. When I encountered an admin on the road, I shot and killed him as part of the ongoing crime roleplay. Immediately after, I was permanently banned.

I want to stress that this was not random deathmatching (RDM). I wasn’t going around killing players without reason. My actions were tied directly to the roleplay scenario—I had been committing crimes beforehand, and the shooting was a continuation of that. Likewise, I was not V-OSP (very overpowered). I wasn’t abusing game mechanics, exploiting, or using unfair advantages. I was simply playing within the rules and mechanics the game provides.

Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message)
RDM, V-OSP

Why I Believe the Ban Should Be Reconsidered
This feels like a misunderstanding of the situation. The entire point of a cops-and-criminals RP game is for criminals to commit crimes and for police to respond—whether that means chasing, arresting, or even killing the criminal in return. Instead of that natural roleplay interaction, I was punished with a permanent ban.

I am a paying Diamond Tier member ($120/month), and I want to enjoy the game as it’s intended without being unfairly targeted. A permanent ban for a roleplay scenario that wasn’t RDM or V-OSP is excessive. I respectfully ask that this ban be lifted or reduced so I can continue playing and supporting the community.
