Incident Description*:

ArcticAnthem is seen chasing a USMS vehicle. He pit him and causes a crash. He pulls his gun and demands the driver to get out of the car. I cuff him just to let everyone chill out and say their piece. While waiting for a moderator to mediate between the two he continues to complain and says he wants to get everyone's users and want to make a report. A soon while after he decides to say the N-word (4:20) . As the situation keeps going on we realize that moderation is not going to arrive anytime soon. So I tell ArcticAnthem to report him on the forums. He does not listen and continues to harass surrounding units. When everyone disperses and it's just me and another unit he decides it's a good idea to shoot me out of anger. He leaves afterwards.
