Incident Description*:

The first clip is when I suspected a CHP vehicle was stolen. While I was reporting it to dispatch, he suddenly jumped onto my car and shot at me. The second clip is when the USMS arrested a suspect, and the RSO tried to ****** the suspect from the USMS. The situation escalated, and the RSO fired at the USMS. Then I saw this clip and immediately handcuffed the RSO, after which his friend (RSO) shot at me.
