I was driving down the main street of Perris when i saw a BMW doing donuts so I decided to pull up to him and do donuts with him. After doing so i went to go ask the BMW driver questions when I pulled up and officer by the name of otiz_divison said "These hellcat drivers can compete, if it ain't foreign its boring" I then did not like that he was disrespecting my car and or me so I then proceeded to grab my weapon and shoot him. I meant to just down him not fully kill him so he had a chance of living. i accidently overshot him because the gun i was using usually does less damage then it should. I understand on how it could be seen as RDM but he was clearly talking about my car and I am within well enough distance to hear him say that. I promise if I do get unbanned to take into consideration on what people.
