Prior to the incident, I stole a vehicle out of the SP parking lot that was left running. A deputy, CovenantHawk, started a pursuit on me. The pursuit continued up until the Cabrillo Court area, where the deputies vehicle glitched, and mine got turned around. The deputy opened fire on me and walked into my vehicle, stopping me. After he walked into my vehicle I did not continue driving, and I waited for him to move off to the side before trying to drive off again. After I tried to take off again, he opened fire on me. There was no point throughout the incident where his life was actually threatened, and he positioned himself in front of the car to make it seem like there was. The deputy stated that he was going to charge with me grand theft auto and evasion, which were accurate charges, but also said that I was guilty of vehicular assault against a law enforcement officer. The deputy refused to call me SBI after my request, which I had tried to request do to the fact that he attempted to kill me when no threat was present, and he created false charges.
