I have no clue.

What Happened?
I do not understand what happened i logged off for the day, then Roblox shut down the game for a couple days and when i log back on i was permanently banned from the game.
Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message)

Why should you be unbanned?

I didnt do anything wrong, and had no reason to be banned permanently, I enjoy roleplaying in this game and have spent alot of time playing it now and would like to be able to continue to do so, and if i have somehow done something worthy of this ban which i doubt i would greatly appreciate a second chance at the game.

As of sending this i have removed my email used on my mountain interactive accounts from these two alt accounts and therefore no longer have alt accounts connected to my main account via the same email, hopefully this has fixed the reason i was banned and i can be allowed to play the game again.
