I mean, he doesn't show up in the game. How do I know his name? Can he use this exploit to trick the players?

To sum up the confusion, you were teamed to a different team. Not specifically reset, or team banned. So initially I had trouble locating the staff member that you were trying to report due to the lack of username, however I was able to locate them after doing some digging. I apologize for the confusion and we will process your report swiftly.
