Explanation and Evidence:

I switched lanes and accidentally crashed into the police officer and a civillian to whom he was talking to. I was immediately detained and he asked if the person was okay and which he replied with was yes. Afterwards, he took me to the station and prompted me to give a drivers license without asking and which I did, afterwards he issued me a $5500 fine and 1 hour jail sentence just for accidentally crashing into them. I don't have a clip of the exact moment I crashed into them but he said he would look back at his clip and see if there was any more crimes he could charge me with, which I believe everything I've mentioned is an abuse of power and authority as police. He probably has the clip when I crashed into them. He also said he took $890 from me which I don't know if its true or not.
