Explanation and Evidence:

This user, was on a scene with me and another officer, and as I was with the officer the user proceeded to come over the grass with his vehicle and proceed to attempt to run me and officer over. I unfortuntley don't have a clip of that happening, but the person supposes to have a clip and admits to doing on a clip that is present. Anyway, he then proceeds to break roleplay in the back, finding my roblox username and break roleplay by screaming my name out requesting that he is going to report me to an admin and wants a supervisor and SBI showing that he is going in and out of RP. When I approach the jail he then proceeds to reset somehow avoiding arrest...
