What Happened?
So, I was driving down Florence Boulevard, waited at a roadblock for a little bit and then continued down the road towards the Florence SerPro. All of a sudden, I look to my left and see a giant playermodel walking down the other side of the road. At first, I didn't know if it was an administrator or exploiter but my first thought was to kill him before he accidentally or purposefully does something such as flinging or exploding someones car or even a pedestrian because I've had people blow up many of my cars completely out of my control and know the feeling. At this time, I did not think too much about what would happen after I killed him, but I did. He then teleported me to him and placed me in a jail and began questioning me about why I shot him. I responded to him and then questioned him about scaling his playermodel up and he responded with remarks such as, "idc," "lol," and "i can do whatever i like." I acknowledge that this was not the 100% correct way to go about this and I did commit RDM, but lqrxb also should not have scaled up his playermodel, walked in the center of the road towards a group of police officers, and be an overall unfair and unjust admin. Because of his actions, I feel that I should have not been banned since although I did commit RDM, it was also his doing of admin abuse that was the reason in the first place.

RDM (I also speculate that the reason he didn't put any evidence on my ban is because it would expose his large playermodel)

Why Should You Be Unbanned?

I believe that I should be unbanned because of the fact that it started with admin abuse, and although I do take guilt in committing RDM, I think that it should not have been a ban since the entire thing unfolded when the admin who banned me scaled up his playermodel and then proceeded to tell me things like "i can do whatever i like," and if I were to see admin abuse in the future, I would just make a report instead of trying to handle it myself by breaking a rule.
