What Happened? Just downloaded roblox a few days ago to play with sum freinds, says my accoutns to new to play yet so i wait a couple days, i come back to join them and it says I created another account to Refuse an enforcment against another account

Why Should You Be Unbanned? Welll im just tryna play with freinds, unless i got hacked, or cause i used my brothers email since we used to play this game together aswell, and now hes banned. But im jsut tryna have fun with my mates and i cant now. Is roblox this serious?
