Issue With buying inserting vehicle.

Not sure what the problem is but its been almost 18 hours and i havnt had my payment approved. i made a ticket, and staff still doesnt want to help or see that i am struggling here. whenever i made a payment days ago i got my things right away. but now i have to wait for approval?
