Incident Description*:

I was detaining an individual for obstructing while I was conducting investigations on a suspect who was evading law enforcement, and attempted vehicular manslaughter on me before being detained by assisting FBI agents. Then, during the question, I was interrupted by a group of individuals in a black Track Hawk. One of the individuals, who was believed to be the driver, then got out and lunged forward at me with the intent of pulling a firearm before ultimately being detained for obstruction of the investigation of the first case. This led an FBI HRT unit to believe I was tool-abusing, and he proceeded to use his taser as a form of intimidation to get me to unhandcuff before deploying his taser, then challenged me to pull out a gun before his friends ultimately shot me.
