7. Detailed Description of Events

During the incident, an in-game officer (Chief of Police "Alyssa Bakerson") issued me a citation with extremely high fines and charges that I did not commit, because i was detained for reckless driving. The charges listed included riot incitement, repeated felony escape attempts, and witness intimidation — none of which occurred. This appears to be an abuse of tools/powers, as the fines totaled $214,000, which is not reasonable for normal gameplay. please correct me if wrong.
